- Several times during her career, Tracy has led teams that set requirements and implemented sales automation database systems. As the client lead at Altiris, she drove the purchase, configuration and launch of a CRM solution for 350 users in 77 days.
- Directed sales teams at AirMedia and Enviance that were responsible for selling "Software as a Service" solutions to consumer and business markets. Developed customer referral programs and user groups as the basis for client retention.
