Accomplishments

  • Julia's career started at Xerox Corporation, where she was consistently ranked in the top 10% of the Western Region. During this time, she developed a lasting interest in well-developed sales processes, as well as the practice of managing to goals and objectives. She then moved to Oracle Corporation's telesales department, where she exceeded all sales quotas and established herself as a top performer.
  • With her promotion to the position of Regional Telesales Manager, Julia not only took on management responsibility for her former peers but also hired and trained new sales employees to enable herself to exceed Oracle's aggressive revenue goals. Julia was then recruited by Oracle's field sales management as the company's first Civilian Government sales representative for the State of California, where she consistently exceeded yearly revenue quotas.
  • Moving to Sybase Corporation's field sales organization, Julia sold to major San Francisco Bay Area accounts, and exceeded revenue quotas. Julia was then asked to start up and manage Sybase's first telesales organization. In the position of Direct Sales District Manager at Sybase, Julia and her staff produced over $14 million in revenue in the first year of operation, continually exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Julia has been a Best Practices Consultant since 1992. She is a graduate of Humboldt State University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Sciences.
