Membership Requirements and Expectations

Members must be an active manager of a Telebusiness organization.

All members are required to sign nondisclosure statements guaranteeing protection of confidential information or written documents shared during meetings disclosed with the Alliance. Proprietary issues that would violate common sense standards of confidentiality are not discussed.

Members are expected to complete a Telebusiness Alliance Directory application.

Members are expected to actively participate in the group discussions.

Members are required to complete surveys and questionnaires when distributed.

Members are required to attend a minimum of one meeting per calendar year.
